Do these pages let me take the test? + 

No. These are educational overviews for professionals and the public. Most of the instruments are copyrighted and restricted, so they must be administered by qualified psychologists using licensed materials.

Why can't I find the actual test items here? + 

Reproducing copyrighted test items would breach the publisher's rights and, just as importantly, invalidate the test: exposure to items changes how a person responds. We describe what each test does, not its contents.

Are these tests used in India? + 

Yes, widely, and several have Indian adaptations with local norms. Each page notes the Indian context, including adapted versions where they exist.
