Shoot, edit and design our content end to end — reels, carousels, the lot.

Most of our audience meets us on Instagram before they ever book. You own what they see there: holding the camera on shoot days, cutting reels that hold attention, and designing posts that read clearly on a phone — working with clinicians who supply the substance.

## The work

1. 01 Shoot talking-head, interview and lifestyle footage — lighting and framing included
2. 02 Handle clean on-location audio
3. 03 Edit reels and short-form video, subtitled in Malayalam and English
4. 04 Design static posts and multi-slide carousels in our brand system
5. 05 Turn clinical material into content that is accurate and watchable
6. 06 Plan your own shoots — shot lists and file organisation
7. 07 Ship to a consistent weekly publishing schedule
