# Founder's Office – Operations & Execution

Work with our founders to turn priorities into finished work across the business.

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful professional to work closely with our founders and drive execution across the business. You'll turn priorities into action, coordinate teams and external partners, solve operational challenges, and make sure important work gets completed.

## The work

1. 01 Drive operational priorities from planning through execution
2. 02 Coordinate hiring, onboarding and people-related workflows
3. 03 Manage agencies, vendors and external service providers
4. 04 Oversee customer support processes, follow-ups and service quality
5. 05 Track projects, deadlines, deliverables and operational performance
6. 06 Improve internal processes, documentation and accountability
7. 07 Coordinate cross-functional work and remove execution bottlenecks
8. 08 Keep the founders informed with clear, concise updates and timely escalations

## How we hire

1. 1 A short screening We read every application ourselves and reply from team@ellomind.com.
2. 2 A first interview with our co-founder 30 minutes on Google Meet, about real work you have done: what you owned, how you handled it, and what happened.
3. 3 A final interview with our founders 30 minutes on how you prioritise, work on your own and keep things moving. No long take-home assignment.

Startup operations, founder's office, business operations, project coordination, agency management or customer operations experience is particularly relevant. We value initiative, resourcefulness, sound judgment and execution over impressive job titles. No particular degree or mental healthcare background is needed.
