## How we hire

**A short screening**  
You apply through the form on the role. Clinical roles ask for qualification, RCI status and languages up front.

**A written assignment or demo**  
A small, real piece of work, or a demo session, so we see how you think and work.
3. 3  
**A conversation with the founders**  
A direct, two-way conversation about the role, the team and where we are headed.

## Questions

Where are the roles based? + 

All current roles are full-time and on-site at our Kochi office. We are an online therapy company, but the team works together in person.

What should I send? + 

Your CV as a PDF or Word file, and a short paragraph on why the role. Clinical applicants: tell us your qualification, RCI status and the languages you can run sessions in. The apply form on each role asks for exactly this.

What happens after I apply? + 

A short screening, then a written assignment or a demo session, then a conversation with the founders. We read every application.
