## The work

1. 01 Build, launch and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads
2. 02 Acquire across Kerala, the GCC, the US, UK and Canada
3. 03 Optimise for paid therapy bookings, not leads
4. 04 Own tracking: GA4, CAPI, enhanced and offline conversions
5. 05 Run continuous A/B tests on audience, creative and landing pages
6. 06 Report weekly on CAC, ROAS, cost per paying client, LTV
