# Clinical Psychologist, Senior

Carry a complex caseload in Malayalam and supervise the therapists around you.

For an experienced Clinical Psychologist with active RCI registration who can hold a full therapy session in Malayalam. You see more complex and higher-risk clients, supervise junior and associate therapists, and help hold the clinical standard of the team. Full-time or part-time, online or at our Kakkanad office. Pay is flexible for the right person.

## The work

1. 01 Carry an adult caseload that includes complex and higher-risk presentations
2. 02 Run structured assessment, formulation and evidence-based treatment, and adapt it when it isn't working
3. 03 Supervise junior and associate therapists through case discussion and formulation review
4. 04 Review clinical documentation for quality and completeness
5. 05 Support risk-escalation decisions and coordinate with psychiatry when needed
6. 06 Help shape our intake criteria, referral pathways and clinical protocols
