## The work

1. 01 Hold a full caseload in Malayalam and English

3. 03 Mentor junior therapists through weekly case discussion
4. 04 Shape the practice: intake, protocols, outcome tracking
5. 05 Front our psychoeducation: workshops, video, explainers
