# Sub-processors

ElloMind is operated by JOETER CONSULTING LLP. To run our service we engage a small number of trusted third-party providers (our “sub-processors”) who process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions. In line with GDPR Article 28 and the DPDP Act, each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement (DPA) that limits it to the purpose for which the data was shared and requires appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards.

## Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

We are happy to enter into a Data Processing Agreement where one is required. To request our DPA, or to ask about a specific sub-processor, email [info@ellomind.com](mailto:info@ellomind.com). We keep this list current and update it when a sub-processor changes.
