Nithya works mostly with teens and young adults — the ones dealing with exam pressure, friendship drama, figuring out who they are, or just feeling like things are too much. She is good at getting younger clients to actually talk, which anyone who has tried therapy with a reluctant teenager knows is half the battle.

Yes, that is one of the things she works with most. She teaches practical techniques for managing test anxiety, building study confidence, and handling pressure — things that actually help during exams, not just in theory.

That is actually very common. Most teens are not excited about therapy at first. Nithya is good at getting through that initial resistance — a lot of her clients who started reluctantly ended up looking forward to sessions.

Nithya maintains confidentiality with teen clients to build trust. She will share general progress updates with parents, but specific session content stays private unless there is a safety concern.

It is more conversational and less formal than what you might picture. Nithya uses CBT adapted for younger people, and the teen gets to set their own goals rather than having someone tell them what to work on.
