Sub-processors

ElloMind is operated by JOETER CONSULTING LLP. To run our service we engage a small number of trusted third-party providers (our “sub-processors”) who process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions. In line with GDPR Article 28 and the DPDP Act, each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement (DPA) that limits it to the purpose for which the data was shared and requires appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
We are happy to enter into a Data Processing Agreement where one is required. To request our DPA, or to ask about a specific sub-processor, email info@ellomind.com. We keep this list current and update it when a sub-processor changes.
