We're looking for a proactive, resourceful professional to work closely with our founders and drive execution across the business. You'll turn priorities into action, coordinate teams and external partners, solve operational challenges, and make sure important work gets completed.

The work
- 01Drive operational priorities from planning through execution
- 02Coordinate hiring, onboarding and people-related workflows
- 03Manage agencies, vendors and external service providers
- 04Oversee customer support processes, follow-ups and service quality
- 05Track projects, deadlines, deliverables and operational performance
- 06Improve internal processes, documentation and accountability
- 07Coordinate cross-functional work and remove execution bottlenecks
- 08Keep the founders informed with clear, concise updates and timely escalations
How we hire

- A final interview with our founders30 minutes on how you prioritise, work on your own and keep things moving. No long take-home assignment.
Startup operations, founder's office, business operations, project coordination, agency management or customer operations experience is particularly relevant. We value initiative, resourcefulness, sound judgment and execution over impressive job titles. No particular degree or mental healthcare background is needed.
