A practising role first — you see clients, write formulations and run treatment to closure. Alongside that you supervise associate therapists, review their documentation, and are one of the people others bring a difficult case to.

The work

  1. 01Carry a caseload of adult clients, including longer-term and complex presentations
  2. 02Run structured intake, risk assessment and case formulation
  3. 03Design and deliver evidence-based treatment, and adapt it when it isn't working
  4. 04Supervise associate therapists — case discussion and formulation review
  5. 05Review clinical documentation for quality and completeness
  6. 06Support risk-escalation decisions that need a senior view
  7. 07Shape our intake criteria, referral pathways and clinical protocols
